I've been told that mine is pressing against my sciatic nerve but I'm getting a literal pain in the neck. Almost feels like a lump in my neck. Nothing visible though. Is this likely to be endo related? I'm still trying bet my head around what is and what isn't related.

I should very said I do suffer with the usual back, hip and leg pain from the sciatic nerve as well as this neck pain. I am also waiting on the results of the CA125 blood test too
Back, hip, leg and down to my knee, think mine is pushing against my sciatic nerve too
