Is anyone else's endo worse at night?

I'm finding that I'm worse in the afternoon/evening is this the case with anyone else and do you know why x

It could be that with having had a heavy supper it weighs down the bowels and puts pressure on the sore bits from endo, or just simply having been active the bleeding has irritated and cause more pain by the evening. Sometime i get a lot of relief from pains by lying down, sometimes it has made things worse and I end up sleeping sat up in a chair. Depends on what's going on at the time.

Currently with an angry cyst giving me gyp all the time i am not getting much relief whatever position i take. Arghhhhh
