Dry thoat, several joint pain including fingers and toes, nail aching top of fingers are they hiv symptoms

Hi.. I am seeking advice...lt started 3 months when l felt several joints pain even fingers and toes, l feel like flue every morning or during the night and will go away during the day, dry throat wont go away...l wonder if l am hiv positive but l got tested negative twice after about four months of exposure...but before l convinced my self too much to hiv and my nails iches sometimes... l may be hiv victim isn't it?
