2 year old with Gluten and Lactose intolerance.

Hi everyone, first post on here!

So my 2 year old girl has a Gluten and Lactose intolerance. We are struggling with food to give her, also we are noticing she is getting a lot of coughs and colds. Don't know if theyare related?
