However as I suffer with diagnosed EDS Type Hypermobility/3 i wasn't sure and neither was she if this would cause problems with my hips dislocating. Anyone got any experience or knowledge with this?

Thanks in advance!

Physio is especially important for anyone with hypermobility, our muscles have to be stronger to hold our joints in place because our ligaments don't do the job effectively.it also helps with pain. I have used this and I do pilates. I would however start off by seeing a physio with experience in hypermobility, preferably eds experience too because of the comorbidities. Strengthening the larger muscles like glutes and thighs also helps with pots symptoms and blood pooling.

I agree with everything steenygirl says - the stronger you can make your muscles, the better you will be.
