Does anyone have any experience of this? I have SLE, EDS and chronic pain. I have been advised to avoid yoga at all costs but have been offered at watsu package by a friend at a spa.

I'm a bit worried about overstretching muscles and joints etc. Dies anyone have any experience if this?

From what I have heard it is a gentle massage whilst floating in water. I was going to book one but I don’t like water in my ears so decided to book the aromatherapy massage instead. I have hEDS , Fibromyalgia and find massage helpful. I also get chiropractic treatment regularly and whilst that is contraindicated in eds my chiropractor only works in the soft tissue , releasing tense muscle

Hope this helps
