Most likely to be osteoarthritis. I have the same. We are prone to developing it earlier than the general population

I have osteoarthritis in my feet too. I have had surgery on each one, and due for a big toe joint replacement soon.

When I was a teen I had my congenital bunions corrected by surgery. Back then (in the 1970s) they told me that I would get arthritis in my feet at a young age, but I didn't have a diagnoses of EDS then.
