Unexplained Bruising

Hello Everyone Its been awhile since Ive been on here and I am now 16 and still suffering with CFS. I've been bruising very easily and in the weirdest places. I currently have 10 bruises and have no explanation as to why it keeps happening. My main concern is that my face is bruising and I haven't had any idea as to why its happening. Has anyone else had this problem, if so please could you give me some advie on what to do to prevent this from happening.

with unexplained bruising it is a good idea to see your gp as soon as possible. wish you luck and that it is nothing too serious.

hi, i had significant bruiseing due to over use of antiinflammatorys which i was useing to treat pain...but you need to cross blood dyscrasias and leucaemia off the possible cause list. it also depends if the bruising is in the skin or deeper. suggest you consider your lifestyle problems too...careless accidents or violent parents or boyfriends for example (best decide the practical ways to change that!) best wishes and be nice to yourself.
