For the last 3 years I have not felt myself. I get tired more easy and get frequent headaches. The doctors don't really know what's up with me (maybe allergies they said?) I also am really achey a lot of the time..I am working full time and doing a masters. Any suggestions? I've had all my blood checked

Remember that ME and CFS are not just about being tired all the time. The fatigue involved in the condition is very unlike anything you will experience when say having done a full work out in the gym or having run a marathon. It is much worse than that.
There are also many many more symptoms involved in both conditions and fatigue may not even be the main one. The main defining symptom of ME is PEM. If you don't have that then you don't have ME.
Do you lead a healthy lifestyle, eat and drink healthily, have a good sleep routine etc. If so, whether you have ME or CFS or something else it sounds like you need to pursue this further with your GP. For a diagnosis of ME or CFS you will need to explain all your symptoms to your GP who will use this information to go through a series of tests ruling out as many conditions as they can that might possibly fit your symptoms. Once this is done then and only then can they arrive at a diagnosis. Unfortunately this process takes around a year.
I would suggest you get together as much information as you possibly can about your medical history, symptoms and the effects they have on you before going back to your GP.
