ive had ed problems for years and can be so bad that can ejaculate sometimes within seconds with only a semi erect (average 5 inch at most) penis and have always been painfully aware of my wifes dissatisfaction during intercourse thus leading us to find a sex partner((well hung mature man) for her to have satisfying orgasms during penetration.any suggestions for treatment medication for premature ejaculation?

First find the cause of it! Have you seen any professioanl? Are you taking any meds?

Cialis has unofficially been used to treat it. I used Cialis for many, many years and had trouble ejaculating while on it.

Michael, get checked first to see if the cause is psycholigcal or physiological, don’t take meds without your dr’s consent.

This was with dr.'s consent. The cialis was for ED, the ejaculation delays were just a (welcome) side effect.

First of all, fix your marriage before you fix your penis. Intercourse is supposed to be a bond of love between husband and wife, not a recreational activity. If your wife needs a temporary fix, get her a high tech dildo. Then get your penis fixed. I have had severe ED as a result of a radical prostatectomy and I now have an implant where I can stay as erect as a railroad spike for a heck of a lot longer than your wife's mature sex partner.

Yes, we are here to support each other, and Charles could have said it a little different, but I agree with what he said. A wife or partner who accepts another to satisfy her sexually because her mate has ED for what ever reason is not the way to solve their problems sexually. And that goes the same for the Man that lets it happen. And BTY Charles has ever right to his opinion.
