Sex drive varies day to day, week to week and month to month as we age. You probably already know that. But, worth repeating as it is totally "normal" for most of us. Going to the gym is helpful, but may not actually increase testosterone. Not that increasing testosterone is always a good thing, as it can expose you to a different risk level for prostate cancer. I find relaxing and finding ways to decrease stress is helpful....the sexier I feel about myself, the more interested in others I become.

Hi thanks for reply , I have always been in gym- something I really enjoy but put more into it after reading articles saying it would boost labido - of course- it didn't

Hi - yes had them checked , I know you shouldn't read stuff on the internet but ticked all boxes for testosterone being low , lack of sex drive , low energy , had workouts in gym which seemed waste of time & seemed flat , but they said levels ok

Thanks

No actually I didn't , should of though , as for thyroid - never considered it , maybe just wishing could get a bit of the labido back , I know that a small percentage is mental cos of the e.d. - it is on my mind a lot - which - of coarse effects

Thanks again for reply
