sorry about the spelling sarcoids is what it is and no its not a horse tumour
Sarcoidosis is inflammation in the kidney. This is linked to Interstitial Nephritis or Vasculitis. I am attaching a link to information on the NKF website which might help you to find some questions to put to your doctor - who should be explaining this more thoroughly.
