Basically, you're normal. Relax.

What does the doctor say?

Thanks. Nothing. No trace of urine albumin or no protein trace in UCR. Rest kidney function looks fine. Doctor has nothing to say, I notice when I increase water intake it's all good, else it starts to bubble, mornings are still bubbly. Have ruled out soap and dehydration, I drink a lot of water anyway. Recently, have started feeling more thirsty and dry mouth. I don't understand why do I still bubble though.

Does less urine creatinine imply something?

The latest first morning spot UCR reads

Urine Protein 1.0 mg/dL (ref: 0-8 Biuret

)

Urine Creatinine 8.58 (ref: 20-370 mg/dL Jaffe Kinetic

)

Urine Prot/Crea Ratio 0.11 Normal :<0.2

You are in the normal range but with moderate risk to CKD.

Your ACR needs to be less than 3.0, you got 14.4.

Your BUN is a bit high, normal is below 8.0.

Hey, we are in the same boat. I leak a lot of protein, with an eGFR of 106, a BUN of 6.8. Watch out your diet, and do consult your doctor frequently.

Thanks Samuel, ACR to be less than 3.0? Are you sure about that?the reference range reads should be less than 30. BUN reference range in my report is 7-25. When you say you're spilling a whole lot of protein, has any of your reports ratified protein spillage? I recently did a urine creatinine test as well which shows no protein again. U/C ratio of 0.11 (ref range should be less than 0.2). Best
