It's fab to find this forum! I've been diagnosed with CKD2. Just wondering if nausea is a regular symptom at such an early stage. I have constant nausea most days and it's quite frustrating!
Any other useful advice/tips would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you all.

I was just diagnosed with CKD stage 3 (caused by IGA nephropathy) in January. The few months before the diagnosis I was very nauseous and when I had bad bouts I was vomiting nearly every day. My nephrologist said it is uncommon to be that nauseous. He prescribed me some anti-nausea drugs they give patients on chemotherapy and it made everything better so I highly recommend this. When I was very ill I wasn't eating anything and was so dehydrated and felt a million times better when I took the drug and was able to hold down food.
I was also much more nauseous in the morning and it would get a bit better in the afternoon. For some reason the only thing I could eat was fruit (citrusy fruit like pinneapple and oranges).
Curious to hear from others about if they experience nausea at such an early stage and what they did.
