Hello I’m hoping someone can advise me on my current situation. I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism two years ago and have put most symptoms down to this. Although a few symptoms have flagged up which I thought might not be related? I take my glucose levels in the morning as I have been waking extremely dry, I retain a lot of water and feel bloated and swollen most days and always feel tired throughout the day, I also have achy joints but this might just be wear and tear! I’m only 34 and love exercise but finding it harder these days. This morning my glucose levels where 140 on the metre, most mornings I have an average of about 121. I have recently had a test hba1c and the results were 30 range 20-42.

Can anyone advise me on this?

Thank you in advance 😊
