I've had a wound on my foot. Although it's healed, I'm having trouble with blood circulation on the same leg. Is this because of being diabetic?

Sounds as if it could be. Do you have access to a diabetic foot clinic? Perhaps you should go back to the doctor. Are you type 2 on meds?

Seems to be. Get arterial dopplr study done. Not only will it show the extent of damage to the blood vessels of feet but also a strong indicator of arterial state in other part of body esp of heart, brain and other vital organs.
