Most of those I do in the summer too.and not just because I have Type 2. So an ambiguous question

Hi Murray58 exercise and diet is even more important to diabetics in the winter. You have to be very careful to avoid infections, please see:

So I think that this poll is a really useful reminder to the diabetic community to stay active regardless of how cold it is outside.
