RoadRunner44 ,

Thank you for bringing this up. Yes, a lot of questions dealing with Diabetes (and other issues) does make a person stop and think about what they can do to help improve their lives and health, in general. :-)

I'll see what we can do! I try to post a new poll once a week. Would you like to give some ideas for upcoming polls?

Limit your carbohydrates, which is very hard to do, but it helps immensely

Yes, you can limit the carbs., but not too much. The body needs some carbs. to help keep the brain and the rest functioning the proper way so you don't get sick.

if you you can get down to 50 carbs a day and exercise you can change a lot about your diabetes and fatty liver...

Yes, I should have added exercise. It is really hard to get into, but once you do it becomes a habit. I exercise 4 days a week for 30 - 45 minutes and longer on the weekends because I have more time. I can't believe I have actually kept up with this for 7 years now. It's like I have to do it, but one thing is - I still can not get rid of this spare tire. I have tried everything. I'm like a skinny fat -- very frustrating. I eat way more healthy now also, which is really hard while eating with friends. Diabetes -- would not wish it on anyone!

if you can limit your carbs to 50 a day and exercise it will help your fight on diabetes weight and other problems attributed with fatty liver.

As a Type 1 Diabetic and as such I am insulin dependent. I am on the Medtronic 670G with Guardian 3 CGM. I also try to keep my stress levels in check.

How long have you used both the pump and the CGM together? :-)
