To be honest, I haven’t got a clue! Do any or all of them do?

I would say that you can pick the one that may help you the best. :-) Everyone is different, so it also depends on the person and how the foods react/work with/against the body.

We can figure that out. Did you try one type of food from the list? When I was seeing if I had any issues with wheat, I ate two types of food that had wheat in them and stopped after figuring out that wheat and wheat products don't agree with me. I use a gluten free diet because of those two times/items.

I’ve had everything except chia seeds. Can’t say any are good or bad....😑

Sorry for the delay. I just got back from dinner.

What did your doctor tell you about the foods? Did they recommend the ones on the list to eat the most?

I will have to look what my book says! I can’t remember ☹️.

I've found a new protein bar which I just love. It's Gluten free and on it 15 carbs, comes in different flavors called Primal. Some are egg free they are fuel bars use them as an afternoon snack. You are so true with the individual above working on eliminating certain items may need some homework and sacfrice of certain foods to find out which ones may trigger diabetic reactions. Excellent advice!

Thank you for the comment, cherv . :-) I really appreciate it very much. It's taken me a while to figure out what causes issues for me when it comes to food/medications. I know that I am allergic to one medication and exam table pads that are used in the doctor's offices. I also know that wheat isn't agreeing with me like it had years ago, so that gets cut out all the time.

Thank you for suggesting the new bar. How much protein is in it?

The bar is called Primal Kitchen I'm looking at a Choolate Hazelnut. Gluten and grain free, dairy, whey and soy free. 3 grams of sugar, 7.5 collagen for fuel, 13 gram of protien, total carb is 15 for a bar which includes the sugar count. So carb count seems high. I'm looking for the increased protien. They taste really good and I keep a high carb. level for Keto being so thin. Excrllent advice for stephania it appears either a very serious diabetic issues has gone untreated or medicial attention is difficult to come by. My dear soul I wish her my prayers and health.
