Did you check out the Fatty Liver and NASH group also on HU?

Thank you. That looks interesting but I decided I was already in enough groups - I have multiple health conditions and it's hard enough keeping up.

I understand that completely. I'm not just a type 1 diabetic. I have other conditions that sometimes go along with the Diabetes.

Having to overcome needle phobia/injecting is major concern together with people making light of this condition and assuming it's obesity related.

Weight issues = diet changes all of the time?? So many carbs with meals or per day or little to no carbs. No sugar or no fat. Exercise?? From 15-20 minutes 3 times a week to 60 minutes every day.

Yes, weight gain/loss can be a concern for most people who have/don’ have Diabetes. If you count your carbs for each meal and snack, you can have your numbers nice and even during the day and evening hours.
