Lower Carbs is one of the best!

I do the low carb high protein dieting. This helps me personally keep the numbers even through out the day and evening hours.
Twice a day I drink a "green sludge" mixed with carrot, cucumber, kale or spinach, wild rocket, apple, avocado and Sun Chlorela blended together as a liquid along with some fruit and green tea. When I come back from my paper round, I have a carb with a scrambled egg and go on to a variety of activities. I enjoy a general lunch with a variety of vegetables and back to the green sludge in the evening for dinner and some choice nuts (good fats) and dried apricots to finish the bill. My weight has remained consistent and my exercise regime keeps me fit, flexible and healthy.
