Stationary bike for 20 minutes per day. As I've had Pernicious Anaemia for 45 years my energy levels do not allow for much more.

Wish I could have some extra time for riding my stationary bike. All I have time for these days is a lot of walking during the work day for 5 hours/day.

In stead of going for all these , yoga is the best for the physical health as well as mental equanimity.

I walk or ride my bike or run or go to the gym or play a round of golf. I do one of these daily. And mindfulness for the mental side if life. Works for me. Sugars under control but that also has to do with a balanced diet.

I walk 12 miles a week the fresh air & company add to the enjoyment of exercise.

I also do aquarobic's its fun the people make u forget you are exercising, being type 2 diabetic & along with an informed diet I feel I am in control .
