my health overall throughout my life has been good physically, mental health could be better in fact its only through my own awareness that its fairly good ,however its beginning to get worse generally and need a good therapist ,living alone is not a good recipe in my older years and no support from gps ectasthma appears to be worse and its just begun to be troublesome.............quite afraid.

Some days are better than others for me. If it is a dry day i don't get many aches and pains compared to the rain etc.

It ain't good right now, but we ain't being listened to as to get it sorted out as much as possible
