makes you ai. I sat in one of those chairs that is in the shape of an "S" let me tell you my back was hurt me
😡. It's a nightmare with back problems and they know this. They can see I'm in a damn wheelchair!! Such incompetence!!
Maybe you can call them so they can reserve you a bed.

They probably need to "order" or put in a "requisition" for a bed for you and it may take a week or more to get it into the unit and useable for you. Be patient and kind with them. They have their own set of rules they must work by. I'm sure its not out of being mean. Blessings
