I am rice eater. my blood sugar level always , fasting-115-120/ pp-150-170. daily metabin twice taking , no reduction noticed kindly suggest the correct measure

Restrict ur rice intake to 100 gms per day. Take lot vegetables. Take apple,carrot,cucumbers plenty. They give nutrients and fill ur belly and give fullness to stomach. It is very difficult but there is no alternatiove.
