i had diabetic last 3 years from 15 days the sugar level is not coming down my teeths are pain doctor has change my tablet form zoryl 1mg to zoryl m1 my sugar level is before fasting 140 post is 330

If your doctor who has examined is not able to prescribe appropriate medicine, how can I on the basis of your limited information suggest anything better. Please look for a good doctor.

excactly. The prescription is insufficient. or you have not been frequently revisitng you doctor for monitoring and revising to your needs. In diabetes, what is initially prescribed is not gospel. The medicines are to be changed according to development of diabetes till it reaches a peak value and stabilices with the revised medicines. Go back and have monthly check ups first, and after stabilising sugar levels consult him once in three months, even though he may prescribe the same drugs and your diabetes levels get study.

1.Examine ur eating and strictly have restricted diet and to start with cut ur eating by 25% and see what happens.

2.Exercise and walking for an hour daily will help.

3.the diabetis will be with u now permanently and think of permant solution to it.

4.Change ur previous life style and follow the rigid regime of diet control, exercise,medication,periodic tests and consultations with doctor.

Being put on a proper medication is primary, followed by restricting diet, having exercise, and changing life style.
