i am consuming Tab GemerP2 in the morning and Gemer 1 in the evening since last two years, is there any side effect of the medicine and within what duration.

Definitely all allopathy medicines have side effects.For instant result you adopt it.You must go for naturopathy and pranayam/mudras.This will lessen medicins and finally nil.

dear sir i do agree on this opinion my bs was 238/218 constattly i was much worried

i regularise on exercise walking 45 mts with small yogs etc with desi medicines and kerela and chewing neem patti with sada suhagan leaves bs reduced to 123/108

there fore now i am intending to reduse elepoth medicines
