I am Insulin DEpendant diabet for the past 18yrs i am taking insulin Morning and Evg 25unit Human Insulin N And R kindly advice me to control sugar level

My Age is 50 my FBS is 126 and PPBS is 226 i am taking Human Insulin R15 units and Muman Insulin R 15 Morg and Evg My H1Abc is above 8

I am a type I Diabet at the age of 32 ( 1 year after marriage) My Parents has No symtem of diabet till 81 yrs live
