Mango is just poison incarnate for diabetics. Avoid the tempting fruit totally. So should you avoid eating too many even yelakki bananas.

any material which take less time to digest release energy/sugar at fast rate & immediately increase d blood sugar level which is harmful for diabetic. Fruit juice are at d top of list followed by rice.Lesser the time to digest more is the rate of release of sugar.

For all Diabetics it is poisonous to take any pulpy fruits or any fruits having direct glucose in any form of preparation. Pulpy fruits - Mango, Pineapple, Jackfruit and the like. Fruits with direct Glucose - Grapes, Annar, Honeydew Melon and the like. Diabetics should restrict their fruit consumption to fuits having fructose - Apples, Musambi, Starapple,Cucumber, Ripe Pappya, Water Melon, Ripe Guava. Consumption of these fruits must be a controlled quantity and never in form of juice.
