i am getting back pain in botom
On the limited information of this question, I can see two major causes, after clearing the doubt about kidney stone as suggested by Mugi. They are, wrong posture habits and constipation. Do you sleep on soft bed, if so use a firm bed without any undulation on its surface. Use only comfortable small sized pillow which too should not be too soft. Regular walk for half an hour daily too helps a lot.
Pain in the bottom is a complex subject.Only your doctor can tell you what the problem is,after thorough examination. Please do not neglect.
You need to be more specific. Back pain can be due to slip disc/prolapsed disc etc which will result in low supply of blood to the leg just to the opposite side of disc prolapse. Doctor will advice you to take an MRI to identfy the exact problem. I have undergone surgery for this and now OK with proper exercise and diet controls. Better to consult an ortho/neuro surgeon.
Let me know the exact place where pain occur. If it is around last coxcei of vertebral column than you should try to sit in such a manner so that your vertebral column should not touch the surface on which you sit. Few asanas will help in recovering pain.
The pain may be due to your sitting continuously at wrong posture.
i am a retired employee now i am not doing any job even when i am in service no longer hours sitting duty for me
