As I m taking high protein food supplement is it harmful for me?

I m 50 yrs old. I m sugar label goes high if I take food or sweet. Now that I take only once solid food in the day time n I take food supplement that contain high protein, n now the sugar label is low., As I m taking high protein food supplement is it harmful for me?

Adopt a normal diet.At 50, why do you need protein supplement.Have more( five) meals a day in smaller quantities

Don't eat the market stuff. U prepare ur food in ur home. Take medication ,do exercise have reccomended diet .I am told that the high protein diet has adverse effect kidneys.
