Your sugar level is huigh. consult good bibetologist oe endicrimilogist , if he suggest insulline, it is good n safe.. In addtion you should walk both times and do some simple exercises. you can have normal diet less oily..

once your sugar level in fasting shoots over 200 or even 180,it shows the medicines you take are not having any impact. What to do then? change your medicine but dont use gluconormPG2 etc of the poiglitazons group they make you obese soon,your lgs swell etc.
