sir first avoid taking raw sugar intake. Do not fast or feast walk briskly in the morning for 15 min after taking two marrie biscuits and tea without sugar or with sugar free sucralose.

take breakfast exactly at 8.30 am 3 t0 4 idlis or two chappathis with boiled vegetables and curd

take marrie biscuit two nos with tea at 11.30 am. take moderate lunch at 1.30 pm take two marrie biscuit with tea at 4 pm take moderate dinner at night 8.30 pm. have one banana and half cup milk before going to bed

as regard to medicines you take Lina glyptin 5mg tablet in the morning along with metforming and gliclazide 40 mg and one multi vitamin tablet bplex forte. Night take metformin with gliclazide 40 mg only or combination of metformin and gliclaazide tablet is available by name ZUKER that you can take. after taking all these things report your sugar level after 10 days not before that

Hi Sir,

As per your suggestion I have started Lina glyptin 5mg tablet and bplex fur suorte. Previously my blood sugar fasting 185 and PP 300. After taking this medicine for 10 days my BSF 164 and PP 224. Please suggest should I continue this medicine.
