I take 02 glasses of luke warm water with half lemon,before morning walk.Should i continue it or should walk empty stomach.

I am Rekha Gupta , CDE. I wuld suggest ( as I suggest to my other patients) to have 5 almonds with skin and 100 ml. of Methi ka paani ( 2 tsp. of methi seeds soaked in 100ml. of waterovernight . Strained and consumed in the morning) with a pinch of Cinnamon powder early morning.. This has really helped my patients. This u can have before going for morning walk.
