i did not walk from Dec 15th to Feb 15th.my FBS jumped from 130 average last year to 180 average in the last quarter. Please suggest action.

I was 45 last year when i got type 2 diabetes. i am on Janumet 50 last full year and with diet and walk for 40 minutes, i was able to get an average of HbA1c of 6.6 for the full year. HbA1C yesterday was 8.5%. i am really disturbed. Now Gemer 1 before breakfast is suggested alongwith Janumet.

thanks. Also i have been detected hypo thyroid which is under control with thyro 125 daily.

And i have lost 10 kgs in the last 18 months. My hair is also falling which it never used to.

Janumet? Combination of Sitagliptin and metformin? Don't you know that Sitagliptin was banned all over India four year back? You should be sincere in reporting in your case and shall not attempt to try if your prescription is viable.
