What is your opinion about Ayurvedic Diabetic medicines?

There are reputed Ayurvedic institutions across the country which can give us good treatment for all ailments including Diabetics. I understand sugar levels can be controlled for 8-10 years by using the right Ayurvedic medicines by consulting Physicians from these institutions plus regular exercise and controlled diet. Even if sugar levels are not controllable after sometime, it is said patients may face less risk to diabetic complications. Advice is to consult qualified Ayurvedic doctors rather than falling prey to quacks (who are too many in the country). Definitely no system including Ayurveda can do miracles.

First I will deal with homeopathy and then Ayurvedic. Hahnnimen's homeopathy is not the same to day as several people claiming to be homeopaths never follow its principles which is based on simila simulua corrender.Same treatment for same ailment. The actual system is based on trials on heathy persons and proven effective in similar induced ailments. Allopathic (English) medicines are made with extensive researches and trials on mice, guinea pigs and healthy humans and declared curable and then only they are marketed.I have not come across such researches in AYURVEDIC medicines that all are said to have been cured but in the absence of sceintific evdence and proof, It is difficult to vouch for ayurvedic drugs' efficacy.
