I was diabetic for the past 25 years. But now , you may surprise that my RBS is 110 only. HOW?
1. I became a strict vegetarian
2. I controlled my emotional processing and negative thinking pattern
3. i practiced JIVA YOGA ( just for 20 minutes)
4. I cut short rice and replaced with Raggi/ wheat etc
5 I affirmed my subconscious mind that my pancreas is working normally
