I was diabetic for the past 25 years. But now , you may surprise that my RBS is 110 only. HOW?

1. I became a strict vegetarian

2. I controlled my emotional processing and negative thinking pattern

3. i practiced JIVA YOGA ( just for 20 minutes)

4. I cut short rice and replaced with Raggi/ wheat etc

5 I affirmed my subconscious mind that my pancreas is working normally

    dear friend, No, i avoid such things to the maximum possible. you can take GREEN TEA frequently.It is available in super markets. also use soya beans the preparation of whci is to be done meticulously. Not chunk, but beans. Sathyan muttambalam

    Glad u are leading a healthy life. I also keep control with Yoga and walk but this winter I had some problem. After dinner I have to go for urine almost 3 to 4 times in the night. My Fasting is normally 72, 75, 78, 82, 85 and so on. It is ok with his grace.

  • What exercise you do generally. one katori rice s admissble in stead of chapatis but potatos ar eprohibeted.. you can eat missi roti( gram. jau, soya bean mix)
