How to? This is my question. Can you share your experience as a guide to me?

I am 68 years male detected for diabetes since 2008, not taking any medicine, only depending on living true to my conscience, serve people and offer prayers for sick and poor.

I want to get rid of diabetes. I get neuropathic pain and numbness, though i am slim my cholesterol is high, I want to know how to defeat diabetes?
