HELLO BROTHERS AND SISTERS-i keep fenugreek-methi seeds overnite in a big coffee mug full of water-and drinK early morning -than 1 hour later i drink karela -bitter gaourd -tomato juice regularly -any side effects ? still my sugar is around 200 .any suggestions to bring it down to 110 or so- plz suggest .i take tablet thrice a day .thanks -regards.
