What would be the best medicine for Diabetes patient?

The patient is Female aged 44 yrs and suffering from Diabetes from last 15 years. Usually she get it checked after 15 days and the result is 250.

She is taking xylage- XL 10 and Galvus met 50/1000. Is it the right medicine for her or you can suggest some better alternative with Ayurveda medicines.
