I am 61 yrs and for last 6 months my fasting sugar is 120 and post lunch 2 hrs is 119..i am bit hypertensive..walk regularly...work as executive in company...has no family problems...i am not on any medicine..do i have to be on medicine? I have good controll on ffod ie what to eat when to eat and how much to eat..still fasting persiists 120.Kindly advise.
