Yes,but there is no significant difference so far.

What did the doctor say when you talked to them? Did you get any medication?

He has suggested some physical exercises and has prescribed a medicine.

What exercises and how many times a day for them along with the medication?

Morning & evening walk and massage of feet.Also,a capsule namely Nurokind once a day.

How long is each walk (10 minutes)?

30 minutes is good. Did your doctor say to walk that amount twice a day?

Yes!He told that walk is good for a diabetic person.

That’s good. I thought he would have you start slowly with the foot sensitivity issue.

my case is just the opposite, my feet are hypersensitive. my big toes are calloused but very sensitive, stepping on uneven ground feels painful not only to the skin but also to the bones, type 2, HbA1c 6-7% for the last 5 yr

Me too, alwaysoptimistic . I have been used to wearing slippers inside the home and other footwear when I go out. This started after I moved to Bangalore which was very, very cold 40 years ago. As a result, I find it difficult to walk on bare gronud and my feet hurt when I walk on uneven ground.

What is your A1c?

HI,

HbA1C is 90 day average therefore if you do A1c test other times it may not help you.

I do my test every 6 months.

I know sandybrown , I last did my test in March 2023. I do my test every 3 months.

My case also same. From knee to foot sensitivity is poor. Nerve medicines only daily one.

Cold floors!!, in UK few areas are cold in Winter, this helps to feel the cold in the feet. In summer out side drive area can be hot, this change in condition do help me to feel what is going on in my feet.

Take 1 tablet of co-enzyme Q10 50 mg daily for long time.And control your diabetes.
