I recently got my self tested as I suddenly got the feeling of excessive thirst and urination. My weight was 74 Kg 1.5 months ago and at present my weight is 68 Kg.

I have restricted my diet portion only to certain extent with some limited carbs.

I feel extreme sense of fatigue and tiredness even with my fasting and post meal glucose levels are within the normal range.

I am not sure what is causing this sudden weight loss and fatigue.

My Thyroid levels are also normal.

I am under anxiety and most of the time unable to focus on day to day chores.

Anyone had a similar experience. My thirst and urination had dropped down to some extent now.

Hi RAMANIA ,

Welcome to the group. Thank you for introducing yourself to the rest of the group. :-)

Have you discussed some options of what to eat/drink with your doctor? When was your last appointment? What do you usually eat on a daily basis? Do you test your blood sugars once a day or weekly? What was your A1c (3-4 month blood test)?
