"2022" greetings to all readers !

Searching for "Kraft" today on this forum returned only 18 results, & none from the past year or two ! That's a pity, as the fruits of pathologist Dr Joseph R Kraft's research about insulin & associated glucose levels are worth knowing about & understanding in broad & detailed terms.

One introduction to this is the Ytbe vid "The Bittersweet Truth" - worth watching & re-watching, . . . especially as our medics don't understand the information S🎂 clearly presented therein. But, . . . now WE can - "Yes, we can . . . " ! ! ❗

It might be clarified here that T2D is said to START with 'HI' ( - hyperinsulinemia) which is often accompanied by wt gain ( - caused by the HI !) . . . & it may be literally DECADES before this becomes T2DM ( - in which blood glucose becomes elevated, & can be detected as such !). Really, . . . REALLY worth understanding this, which the above video explains with eloquence & . . . plenty of passion, at times.
