We make idiappan and and other steamed food to eat in the evening. This small grain food has helped us to stay healthy!!

Thanks for the post sandybrown . I use "Kambu" [rye in English, Bajra in Hindi] noodles and found that if i had stomach full, my PPBS does not cross 160 mg/dL.
