Some follow lchf some hclf and some wfpb? With which diet can someone reverse and still enjoy all foods in moderation? Not bad eating habits but in moderation and in a sustainable form.

Have you talked with your doctor about changing your diet/exercise routine? If not, please let them know that you are thinking about changing them/it so they know why your blood sugars are different from the last appointment you have had with them. We don’t want anyone getting sick or worse. 😀👍🌈

Do not feel cursed. For instance, I am a diabetic since thirty years and no health issues except diabetes. I suggest you read guidelines issued by WHO, American diabetes Association, American college of physicians etc to get good knowledge about diabetes. Also log into WebMd website. They have valuable information about diabetes and send you their regular newsletters to your email.

Impressive. What do you do manage effectively? Are you on meds? Diet? Exercise?

I am on insulin and one tablet. I go for regular walks and very conscious about my diet as to what, how much and what time I eat. I do not eat high glycemic foods like sugar, honey, sweets etc. I eat moderate quantities of medium glycemic foods like rice and wheat and liberal with low glycemic foods like dairy, dhal, greens, and fruits that are less sweet like papaya, orange, ber etc. I suggest you read bout glycemic index and glycemic load of various foods we regularly eat. That knowledge will help you to plan your diet carefully and intelligently.

Up to sept.2019,it was around 7-8% , which is acceptable for a person of my age. In sept 2019,I had a blood clot in the brain and underwent successful treatment for it. With that disturbance and covid, my mobility is restricted and I could not go for a review since some time time. I am now feeling fine and plan to go for a review soon.
