Very true.Combined with old age,the chances of fractures are really alarming. I am using a walking stick to improve my balance.A pelvic fracture at an advanced age and long standing diabetic condition will be like a very painful end of the game.

Dr Rosedale revealed years ago that high-insulin levels, typical of insulin-resistance, causes hormonal miscommunication. Calcium is laid down in arteries, increasing risk of heart disease, rather than where needed for bone remodelling for instance.
