Can you please Google "Glycomet 500" and take a look at couple of response.

Most medicine requires strict diet control and regular exercise.!!!!!!!!!!

Is it possible to telephone your doctor and discuss the dosage or change medication? and you home checked blood glucose numbers. 60 and 70, what is the unit of measurement?

Do you consider your blood test numbers are too low??

Have you lost any weight in the last 45 days?

What is your daily diet like and times?

Please check whether your doctor is using teleconsultation because these days some consultants are doing this to be available for patients. It looks like you need to reduce your medication in consultation with your doctor. You can use Justdial if you are in India to find out the consultants available on telemedicine.

MY SUGGESTION IS TAKE THE MEDICINE ONCE A DAY. IF THE ISSUE PERSISTS THEN CUT THE MEDICINE COMPLETELY.

Kindly consult doctor through email/phone/WhatsApp immediately for advise. Your sugar levels are LOW. Kindly try to get him .

You are not diabetic

I feel u shd take yr medicine only before u take a heavy meal that is only once a day. Yr blood sugar is not at all high.

Your sugar levels are good. Do not worry about it now. If you have hypoglycemic symptoms any time, then only worry about the changes in the dose of Glycomet 500. Still if you are too much concerned about the current blood sugar levels, take half tablet of Glycomet 500 before breakfast, before lunch, and dinner for few days and check the blood sugars levels.

Glycomet 500 MG Tablet is an effective first choice medicine used to control high blood glucose levels in patients with type II diabetes. Try to maintain normal blood sugar without medicine by strict exercise and diet regimen. Blood sugar less than 72 mg/dL is considered as hypoglycemia.

Agree with Gangadharan....you are close to hypo.....

Please remember Hypo is more dangerous than Hyper.....

You can safely take 250 mg before meals twice or take only 500 mg once before lunch....

Also talk to your doctor... If you are living in India , 100's are available on line.... Please look for online doctor in Reputed

E Commerce platform like Practo, Netmed, even Apollo , Columbia Asia have on line consultation with both options of Audio and video....
