Hello Friends -- one more question. Need help -
Since cutting down on rice and wheat - ( Type 2 --23 years)
What do you recommend - TOP 5 or 7 Fruits and vegetables to eat -
in much more quantity to fill full - which has low carbs --but more nutritional values.
I like -- Banana, Kiwi, papaya, Pears, Peach, Strawberry
Eggplant, spinach, green squash, cauliflower, potato, sweet potato
As an Indian - usually we cook too much -- will that loose nutritional values ?
