Cinnamon, You need to look for Sri Lankan Cinnamon. There are tea bags. Cinnamon powder.

Strength of boiled cinnamon can vary, like tea strength.!!

First start with small quantity, boil it in the evening, drink 1/2 cup before going to bed the other 1/2 cup leave it in the fridge and drink it in the morning.

Cinnamon powder may not dissolve it in water therefore you can sprinkle on tea spoon in food you like.

Soak fenugreek in water, drink the water in the morning and eat the soft fenugreek, this can be difficult because of the taste.

The above two, over ground veg, Methi, steamed can also help.

Thank you. I have tried the soaked fenugreek seeds and the water but one Ayurvedic doctor advised me to stay away from that because in long run it can increase the BP

The best you can do is to Google "fenugreek seeds and the water + blood pressure", see the results and then have a discussion with your doctor!!!

Fenugreek seeds are an effective ingredient for lowering high blood pressure due to their high potassium and dietary fiber content. Boil one to two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds in water for about two minutes, and then strain it. Put the seeds in a blender and mix it into a paste. Eat this paste twice a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach and once in the evening. Follow this remedy for two to three months to notice a significant improvement in your blood pressure level.
